1. Online Booking & Allocation Priority

Our online booking portal allows customers to select their preferred Toyota model, variant, transmission, fuel type, and exterior color:

• Allocation Rank: Placing a confirmed booking deposit registers your allocation position in our dealership queue. Allocation ranks are assigned in order of verified payment timestamps.
• Factory Deliveries: Final allocation and vehicle dispatch schedules are subject to manufacturing timelines and allocations from Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd.
• Customer Information Accuracy: Customers must ensure that all personal details (name, contact number, and email address) submitted during the booking flow are accurate and match government-issued identification for vehicle registration.

2. Pricing Parameters

All prices displayed on this digital portal are subject to the following terms:

• Prices listed on model pages represent starting ex-showroom estimates at the time of publication and are indicative.
• The final on-road price payable by the customer includes applicable ex-showroom prices at the time of invoicing, statutory state road taxes (RTO), registration fees, vehicle insurance premiums, and optional accessories.
• Vehicle prices prevailing on the date of final dealership invoicing will apply, in accordance with manufacturer policies.

3. Payment Gateway & Verification Flow

Online payments on this platform are processed through secure digital payment infrastructure:

• Payment Gateway Processing: Online payments may be processed through the authorized payment gateway made available on the website. The ICICI Bank Payment Gateway is currently utilized for the applicable online booking and payment flow.
• Transaction Flow:When a customer submits a booking, the application initiates an encrypted payment session and redirects to the payment gateway's secure checkout. Upon transaction completion, the payment gateway transmits a callback to our server.
• Authoritative Server-Side Verification: Payment confirmation is strictly subject to successful authorization and authoritative server-side verification by Laxmi Toyota. A browser redirect, payment screen, or SMS debit alert alone does not constitute final booking confirmation.
• Authoritative Status: The booking and payment status verified and recorded by Laxmi Toyota represents the authoritative application status.
• Retain Transaction Details: Customers must retain their merchant transaction number, bank reference number, and payment receipt until the booking is confirmed by our dealership relationship desk.

4. Booking Confirmation & Dealership Follow-up

Following verified payment, an official booking confirmation is generated. A dedicated relationship manager from Laxmi Toyota will contact you to:

• Verify customer identity and collect necessary KYC documentation.
• Confirm variant availability, delivery branch preference, and vehicle allocation schedules.
• Provide financing, insurance, or vehicle exchange assistance if requested.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Booking deposits are eligible for cancellation and refund in accordance with our dedicated Refund Policy. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the applicable booking terms and verification of the transaction before final vehicle registration invoicing.
